Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your   purchase.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at info@owndigiart.com to initiate the return process. Kindly provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number with your returned item.
  3. Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Return Shipment: Ship the item to the address provided along with the RA number. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

  • Any digital art that has been used or downloaded is not eligible for return.
